PLANT TREES, NOT CUT THEM DOWN
One day, we were solving problems on the test at the class. When everyone finished the test, we started to chat. Then one of the students began to count how many paper had a person per capita in the class during the whole academic year. She said that the number of the paper per capita for a person in the class was 371. When the teacher asked us what we would do with these worksheets, some of us said that they brought them to the village to burn into the stove. Some of us said that they would tear them to relax and throw them into the dustbin. Everyone had different opinions to evaluate the worksheets. While the other students sharing their ideas, an interesting idea came to my mind. I raised my hand to share my idea. When I stood up, everyone fell into silence. ‘Teacher, if we collect the waste papers and worksheets in the class, we can get tons of waste paper. Tons of trees are cut down to produce these papers. We can send them to recycling factories.’ My friend ideas were only wasting the papers. But my idea was very effective. Everyone in the class liked my idea and clapped me. At the end of the academic year, we collected a lot of paper and sent them to the paper factories.
Very good story, thank you.
